The staff, especially Hayley at reception, went above and beyond to assist us, even helping our friends find housing at the last minute. However, my previous visit had its downsides; the pool was unusable and the service at times lacked professionalism. Overall, I was thrilled with my stay, and I would definitely return, although I hope to see improvements in certain areas.
